Day 13-17

The days are flying by and have been busy, so blogging has gone by the wayside a bit. Things have been going well. I have been getting all the exercise in, although for a few days I had to do squats over a shorter range and leave out some of the squats as my knee was getting really painful. I upped my weights yesterday as well to push myself a little more. I have been doing the wave and my weight is slowly coming down. It’s easier to resist all the bad stuff now as I am not really craving it any more. I am liking the changes in the mirror and the way my body is changing, so it helps to keep me on track.
